Submitting the wrong logo file is one of the most common reasons custom orders get delayed. Here's exactly what to know before you place your order.
File Format Matters
For embroidery, vector files work best - AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF. These give us clean lines to digitize your design accurately. JPEG and PNG files can work, but only if the resolution is high enough (at least 300 DPI).
Avoid: blurry screenshots, low-res images pulled from websites, or files with complex gradients.
Simplify Your Design
Embroidery has physical limits. Very thin lines, tiny text under half an inch, or photorealistic detail don't translate well into thread. If your logo has these elements, our team will suggest adjustments before production starts.
A clean, bold logo always embroiders better than a complex one.
Colors in Embroidery
Thread colors are matched to Pantone or standard thread charts - not printed exactly as they appear on screen. If your brand has specific colors, let us know the Pantone codes and we'll get as close as possible.
