Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom, embroidered, printed, or bulk orders require production time. Production timelines vary based on quantity, design approval, and order complexity. Estimated timelines are provided before order confirmation and are not guaranteed.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and, when applicable, artwork has been approved.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USA): 2–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Malidana is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, supply chain interruptions, or any events beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Carrier Responsibility
Malidana is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
We will reasonably assist with carrier claims but do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses will not be refunded. Reshipping fees will apply.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery
Failure to notify within this period may void any claim.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country.
Malidana is not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments.
