Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about production, shipping, and artwork so you can place an order faster.
What’s the production time?
Most orders are produced in 3-7 business days after artwork approval. Complex logos, large quantities, and special blanks can add time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your shipping method and location. We’ll provide tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, when capacity allows. Rush fees may apply. Send your deadline and quantity and we’ll confirm the fastest option.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, decoration method, and logo complexity. Bulk orders get better pricing automatically.
Embroidery or print - what’s the difference?
Embroidery is premium and durable, ideal for hats and polos. Print is best for large, colorful designs and bigger coverage.
What file do you need for my logo?
Vector files are best (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). High-resolution PNG also works for many jobs. If you only have a screenshot, send it and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We confirm placement, size, and colors before production starts.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
We aim to match as close as possible. For embroidery we match to available thread colors. For print, results can vary slightly by fabric color and material.
Do you provide garments (blanks), or can I bring mine?
Both options are available. If you provide garments, we’ll confirm suitability (fabric, seams, placement limitations) before production.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No strict minimum. Pricing gets better with quantity. For some items (like custom patches) there may be practical minimums.
What’s your return or remake policy?
Because items are custom, returns aren’t usually possible. If there’s a production error on our side, we’ll fix it.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available for your order, we’ll confirm the pickup option and address during checkout or via invoice.
